When withdrawal may not apply

The change-of-mind right of withdrawal does not apply in every situation. This is particularly relevant for some intimate and hygiene-sensitive products.

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons may cease to qualify for change-of-mind withdrawal after the relevant hygiene seal or protective hygiene wrapping has been opened or broken following delivery.

Opening only the courier parcel or an ordinary outer retail carton does not automatically mean that a hygiene seal has been broken.

If you may wish to return an intimate product, check the product details before opening its hygiene protection.

How to withdraw

Use the online form below to clearly tell us that you wish to withdraw from the relevant contract before the applicable deadline.

Please provide your name, an email address at which we can send your confirmation, and enough information to identify the relevant order or contract, such as your order number and the product or products concerned.

You do not need to provide a reason.

After you confirm and successfully submit the online withdrawal statement, NUDALURE will send an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, such as email, including the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it was submitted.

Returning the goods

Submitting your withdrawal statement notifies us of your decision to withdraw, but it does not itself return the goods.

Eligible goods must normally be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you inform us of your withdrawal.

Please wait for the correct return instructions and return destination before sending a parcel. Products may be fulfilled through different facilities, so the appropriate return location may depend on the order.

Eligible goods should be packaged appropriately. You may inspect them only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where permitted by law, a reduction in value caused by additional handling may be deducted from the reimbursement.

Return costs & faulty products

For an eligible withdrawal based simply on a change of mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

If NUDALURE offers to arrange return transportation for you, the applicable direct return cost will be communicated before it is arranged.

A damaged, incorrect, incomplete, faulty or otherwise non-conforming product is different from a change-of-mind withdrawal.

If something is wrong with the goods, please contact NUDALURE Customer Care before arranging a return.

You will not bear the necessary return shipping cost for an accepted damaged, incorrect, incomplete, faulty or otherwise non-conforming product claim.

Refunds

Following a valid withdrawal, reimbursement is made without undue delay and generally no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

For sales of goods, reimbursement may be withheld until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, unless NUDALURE has offered to collect the goods.

Where the complete order is validly withdrawn, reimbursement includes the price of the eligible goods and, where applicable, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for that order.

Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard option do not have to be reimbursed.

Privacy & further information

Personal information submitted through the withdrawal function is used to identify the relevant contract, record and process your withdrawal, communicate with you and meet applicable legal obligations.
